I was about to download the webinar and was asked to fill out a long questionaire of private contact information. I decided to go no further.

Sorry Reena, you may be the most honest person online but in this age of identity theft we all have to be careful of giving too much information to people we do not know.

Surely name and email address is sufficient if you wish to build a list.
